Returns
Apparel items may be returned if they are in perfect condition, with original tags attached and returned in the original packaging. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and ship the item back within 14 days after notification. Taippe reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept packages sent with charges due upon delivery. Once received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days. Credit/debit card refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear. You will be notified by email once completed.
Exchanges
Apparel items may be exchanged if they are in perfect condition, with original tags attached and returned in the original packaging. You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Taippe reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. The replacement item will be shipped as a new order, with standard shipping rates applied (€5 Portugal, €10 Europe, €12 UK, €20 Rest of World; import taxes not included). Exchanges are processed within 14 business days after notification. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact contact@taippe.com and we will resolve it promptly.
