Orders
  1. What payment options do you offer? 
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay,Google Pay and PayPal. 
  2. What are the shipping fees for my order? 
    Portugal 5€
    Europe 10€
    UK 12€
    Rest of the world 20€.
    *Shipping fees do not include any import taxes that may be charged upon entry into the user's country of destination (UK and Rest of the World).
  3. Can I make changes to or cancel my order once placed? 
    We can’t change orders after they’re placed, so please double-check your information is correct at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
  1. Do you ship to my country?
    Yes, we offer international shipping. 
  2. How can I track my order?  
    Once an order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order. If the tracking number doesn't update within 1-2 business days, contact us for assistance.
  3. How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
    Portugal 2-3 business days
    Europe 3-4 business days
    UK 5-7 business days
    Rest of the world 5-7 business days
  4. How much does shipping cost?
    Portugal: €5

    *Shipping costs do not include any import duties or customs fees that may be charged upon arrival in the destination country (UK and Rest of the World).
Returns and Exchanges

1. RETURNS 

 1.1 Can I return an item? 
Apparel items are eligible for returns and exchanges if it’s in perfect condition and the original labels included.  The items should be placed in the original shipping box. TAIPPE reserves the right to reject any returned/exchanged items that do not meet the above requirements. Click on this link to process your return. 

1.2 How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return. After that, you must ship the item within 14 days.

1.3 Who is responsible for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for organizing and covering the cost of shipping the return to us. You may choose the shipping carrier of your preference. We do not accept packages with shipping costs due upon delivery. 

1.4 How long does it take to process a return? 
Refunds up to 14 working days of delivery from the moment the customer informs us that they want to exchange the garment, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Credit/debit card refunds take 3-5 business days to appear. You’ll get an email notification once processed.
Since the customer is responsible for the return shipping, the full value of the returned item will be refunded.

2. EXCHANGE 

2.1 Can I exchange an item? 
Apparel items are eligible for returns and exchanges if it’s in perfect condition and the original labels included. The items should be placed in the original shipping box. TAIPPE reserves the right to reject any returned/exchanged items that do not meet the above requirements. Click on this link to process your return.  

2.2 How long do I have to exchange my order?
You have 14 days to request a return once you receive your order. Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the item within 14 days.

2.3 Do I have to pay for my exchange?
The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the shipping of the item they wish to exchange. The shipment of the replacement item will be treated as a regular order, and standard shipping rates will apply. You will be contacted with payment instructions before the replacement is sent.

2.4 How long does it take to process an exchange?

2.5 What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive the wrong product, contact us at contact@taippe.com and we'll ensure you receive the correct item promptly. 

Your Right of Free Resolution

2.1 Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes! As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, no explanation needed. This period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the item.  

2.2 How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days to return from the date on which you informed of the decision to terminate the contract. The return shipping must be arranged and paid for by you.

Product and Sizing
  1. How often do you restock pieces?
    Our exclusive capsules, like Blood Taippe, aren’t restocked, the fabrics are developed in specific quantities, making each drop truly limited. But we’re working on a permanent collection that will be restockable and launching soon.
  2. What fabrics do you use?
    We are dedicated to only using natural and cellulose fibers which make our fabrics durable, breathable and comfortable. For more information go to ‘What’s our TAIPPE’ page of the website. 
  3. Where is TAIPPE Produced?
    Our design and production team are based in Portugal. For more information go to ‘Our Taippe’ page of the website.
  4. How do I take care of my TAIPPE pieces?
    Check the composition label to see the recommended care to your piece. Try and wash your clothes as little as possible. You can also contact our customer service at contact@taippe.com for any further advice.
  5. I am between sizes on the size guide, can you help?
    Please contact us with the desired product and your bust, waist and hip measurements and our customer care team will do their best to assist you.
  6. Can I find your products in physical stores?
    We exclusively sell our capsules at taippe.com
