1. What payment options do you offer?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay,Google Pay and PayPal.

3. Can I make changes to or cancel my order once placed?
We can’t change orders after they’re placed, so please double-check your information is correct at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
1. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we offer international shipping.
2. How can I track my order?
Once an order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order. If the tracking number doesn't update within 1-2 business days, contact us for assistance.
3. How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

Returns & Exchanges
1. RETURNS
1.1 Can I return an item?
Apparel items are eligible for returns if they are in perfect condition, with the original labels included, and placed in the original shipping box/envelope. Taippe reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet these requirements. To request a return, please use the dedicated return portal through this link.
Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label by email. Customers in Portugal can drop off their parcel at a CTT store, while international customers can drop off their parcel at a UPS Access Point.
1.2 How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Once your request is approved, you must ship the item within 14 days.
1.3 Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Taippe will provide the shipping label by email once your return request is approved. You only need to print the label and drop off the parcel at the designated location.
1.4 How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within up to 14 working days from the moment we receive the returned item, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please note that the original shipping costs and the return shipping label cost are non-refundable, and only the value of the returned product(s) will be refunded.
2. EXCHANGES
2.1 Can I exchange an item?

Taippe will provide the return shipping label by email free of charge. Once we receive and approve the returned item, the replacement order will be shipped to you.

Exchanges are processed within up to 14 working days from the moment we receive the returned item, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed and shipped.
3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@taippe.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Your Right of Free Resolution
1.1 Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any explanation. Product and Sizing
1. How often do you restock pieces?
Our exclusive capsules, like Blood Taippe, aren’t restocked, the fabrics are developed in specific quantities, making each drop truly limited. But we’re working on a permanent collection that will be restockable and launching soon.
2. What fabrics do you use?
We are dedicated to only using natural and cellulose fibers which make our fabrics durable, breathable and comfortable. For more information go to ‘What’s our TAIPPE’ page of the website.
3. Where is Taippe Produced?
Our design and production team are based in Portugal. For more information go to ‘Our Taippe’ page of the website.
4. How do I take care of my Taippe pieces?
Check the composition label to see the recommended care to your piece. Try and wash your clothes as little as possible. You can also contact our customer service at contact@taippe.com for any further advice.
5. I am between sizes on the size guide, can you help?
Please contact us with the desired product and your bust, waist and hip measurements and our customer care team will do their best to assist you.
6. Can I find your products in physical stores?
Yes, you can find our products at Loot, our stockist in Dublin.
