Alzira is a sample seamstress and also modeled for Taippe. She played a crucial role in sewing some of our early sample pieces before the task was handed over to Milinha. Her smile always brightens our day and keeps us motivated. This trench coat bears Alzira’s name as a tribute to how brilliantly she modeled it in the photoshoot.

We create each piece in small batches, using responsibly sourced and repurposed fabrics. We don’t follow trends or mass-produce, we invest in craftsmanship, fair pricing, and long-lasting quality. Every garment reflects the time, skill, and care behind its making.

Returns
Apparel items may be returned if they are in perfect condition, with original tags attached and returned in the original packaging. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and ship the item back within 14 days after notification. Taippe reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept packages sent with charges due upon delivery. Once received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days. Credit/debit card refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear. You will be notified by email once completed.
Exchanges
Apparel items may be exchanged if they are in perfect condition, with original tags attached and returned in the original packaging. You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Taippe reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. The replacement item will be shipped as a new order, with standard shipping rates applied (€5 Portugal, €10 Europe, €15 UK, €25 Rest of World, €35 Remote Areas; import taxes included). Exchanges are processed within 14 business days after notification. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact contact@taippe.com and we will resolve it promptly.
