What's our TAIPPE

The TAIPPE team consists of three women:
Matilde, Co-Founder and Creative Director; Molly, Fashion Designer; and Sandra Araújo, Head of Commercial Department. Our aim in creating this brand has always been to combat one of the biggest problems of fast fashion: mass, unconscious consumerism.

We believe a wardrobe should contain a few versatile and highly durable garments, rather than an excess of clothing.

At TAIPPE, we create exclusive themed capsules that resonate with our community, fostering deep connections with those who embody our brand's spirit. Inspired by our collaborators and supporters, we strive to grow organically, driven by shared experiences and a commitment to inclusivity across all genders and ages.
We believe in empowering individuals with the freedom to express themselves through timeless, versatile fashion.

As a subsidiary of an esteemed Portuguese textile company with a streamlined production chain, TAIPPE honors the intimate and familial Portuguese environment where we operate daily.
This means we oversee a vertical process from fiber to yarn, which is then woven or knitted into fabric, and through to finishing the garment with its accessories.
We meticulously monitor the entire lifecycle of our garments. We aim to celebrate the quality of products that can be developed in this country, emphasizing excellence in both design and manufacturing.

Every day, we collaborate closely with textile engineers to develop solutions that eliminate our reliance on fossil fibers.
Our certified materials utilize twisted yarns and dense, sturdy structures, exclusively crafted from natural and cellulosic fibers.

Beyond our close-knit workplace community, we invite everyone who shares our values to join us in following our creative journey and understanding the significance of building our brand.
