  1. What payment options do you offer?
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  1. What are the shipping fees for my order?
    Portugal/ Spain 5€
    Europe 8€
    UK 10€
    Rest of the world 15€
  1. Can I make changes to or cancel my order once placed?
    We can’t change orders after they’re placed, so please ensure your information is correct at checkout.
    Your order can be cancelled within one hour from the moment you make your purchase.
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, so please double-check your details at checkout. However, you can cancel your order within one hour of purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  1. Do you ship to my country?
    Yes, we offer international shipping.
  1. How can I track my order?
    Once an order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order. If the tracking number doesn't update within 1-2 business days, contact us for assistance.
  1. How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
    Portugal / Spain 2-3 business days
    Europe 3-4 business days  
    UK 5-7 business days  
    Rest of the world 5-7 business days

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Can I return or exchange an item?
    Apparel items are eligible for returns and exchanges if it’s in perfect condition and the original labels included.  
    The items should be placed in the original shipping box.
    TAIPPE reserves the right to reject any returned/exchanged items that do not meet the above requirements.

  1. How long do I have to return my order?
    You have 14 days to request a return or exchange once you receive your order. Once we create and send you the return label, make sure you are home to deliver the package to the DHL courier.
  1. Do I have to pay for my return?
    Return fees will be automatically deducted from your refund when the return is processed.

  1. How long does it take to process a return?
    Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of delivery, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Credit/debit card refunds take 3-5 business days to appear.
    You’ll get an email notification once processed.
  1. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
    If you receive the wrong product, contact us at customercare@taippe.com and we'll ensure you receive the correct item promptly.

  1. How often do you restock pieces?
    We make limited capsules and don’t restock.
  1. What fabrics do you use?
    We are dedicated to only using natural and cellulose fibers which make our fabrics durable, breathable and comfortable. For more information go to ‘What’s our TAIPPE’ page of the website.
  1. Where is TAIPPE Produced?
    Our design and production team are based in Portugal. For more information go to ‘What’s our TAIPPE’ page of the website.
  1. How do I take care of my TAIPPE pieces?
    Check the composition label to see the recommended care to your piece. Try and wash your clothes as little as possible. You can also contact our customer service at customercare@taippe.com for any further advice.
  1. I am between sizes on the size guide, can you help?
    Please contact us with the desired product and your bust, waist and hip measurements and our customer care team will do their best to assist you.
  1. Can I find your products in physical stores?
    We exclusively sell our capsules at taippe.com

    Yes, we offer personal styling and give styling advice and tips on our social media.
